Paradigm City is a place without a past. 40 years ago, something happened that wiped the memories of everyone in it. Unfortunately, the people of Paradigm City were very busy before then, making Megadueses(giant robots) and monsters. People who were born after the memory wipe are gaining/recovering memories of the past and using them to build newer threats. Roger Smith keeps Paradigm City safe with the help of The Big O (a faithful giant robot), his butler Norman and the android Dorothy, Roger keeps Paradigm City safe. As problems mount and more memories surface, Roger's past and Paradigm's future begin to become suspect...
Hannah's comments: I have seen 13 episodes so far, or you can also say part I of the series. I will se part II soon hopefully. Well, at first sight, it seems to be a bad copy of Giant Robo, but more ugly robots. Roger Smith seems sometimes to be another "James Bond" saving peoples lives and beeing a gentleman. I think the animation mostly is quite bad, hard lines over all, and not so smooth. It is funny that Roger can call his Megadues in no time, since the robot is transported via railway underground. Music isnīt anything to talk about either. The Big O goes more serious, the longer you see it. Stay tuned for more reading later. Okey folks, now I finally take some time to write down the last 13 episodes.What can I say? In some many animés, the story goes better, further on in the show it continues. Big O does it as well for this. Rogerīs Mantra is when he is in the actual Big O: "Cast in the name of God, ye not guilty"!! Even today I donīt know what the purpose of these text, A Matra to say to itself , to be prepared for the batteling feels ruff and hard. I donīt even know if the Paradigm City is in peace, more that the people leave it as it, it comes when it comes, and when the fighting between megatrons of all things. Conclusion for this 26 parts animé, I say, definetely worth watching. I think I donīt need to tell you that this is a kind of robot-robot war. My opinion is the last 13 episodes were much more good. It is here, all things happens, emotional stuff, robot-robot etc. I definitely say this is a story which brings up environment stuff and all the human life feeling. Watch it!!
